As a Chef De Partie at BAHA you will be a key player in the kitchen and will be involved in prepare food, following recipes provided and maintaining the highest standards. Especially your role will require that you do the following:

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner

  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications

  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

  • Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards

  • Assist with the cleaning and organisation of the kitchen and equipment

  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift

  • Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards

  • Menu planning

  • Recording food temperatures


For this role, we are looking for people who are.

  • Able to work in a team.

  • Able to cope under busy and intense conditions.

  • Have an interest in BAHA's food concept.

  • Are looking to develop their kitchen skills.


Ideally, you will have:

  • 1 years previous experience in a Chef De Partie role.

  • Be based in the local area.

  • Excellent timekeeping.
